When we think of scarves, we usually think of winter with their warmth and the playfulness they add to any outfit. Recently however, we have seen lots of scarves for spring. It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Coat Season

Of course this time of year, most of the country experiences harsh winds and snow piled high. We can always use a nice coat, even if living in Southern California. The Santa Ana winds always make for a nice search through your closet for something warm to wear. This season, is the perfect season for layering and what better way to layer than with an sassy coat?!

Check print seems to be making its way into fashion right now and while many people have asked me how to make it look less like a picnic, I try to help them understand that as long as you have a little, it will always go a long way. Some like to really check it up and some like to soften the look and make it more simple. You could go either way, just remember that less is sometimes more, unless you are Lady Gaga of course.
