The Hunger Games, the extremely anticipated adaptation of Suzanne Collins trilogy of novels which chronicle a cutthroat competition between twenty-four teenagers, earned $68.25 million Friday, the fifth most impressive opening night ever. In recognition of the film whose tier includes Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part Two and Twilight’s trio of sequels, here are three spectacular moments from Panem’s headline trinity.

Jennifer Lawrence shined in this adorable asymmetric Louis Vuitton gown at the 2011 Golden Globes. Her look was completed with saucy stilettos and perfectly matching nail polish.

Hilary Duff expecting is so yesterday. The twenty-four yeard old actress and wife of former NHL Center Mike Comrie birthed the couple's first child; a seven pound, six ounce boy; Luca Cruz. Congratulations Hilary, a newborn and a new film within two weeks, spring is definitely your season.

On March 6, Lady Gaga verified her extensive influence and prominence, surpassing the previously unfathomable accumulation of twenty million Twitter followers. One week prior, the winner of thirteen MTV Video Music Awards and seven Grammy Awards underscored her commitment to those who would grant her this milestone launching the Born This Way Foundation "dedicated to creating a safe community that helps connect young people with the skills and opportunities they need to build a braver, kinder world."

In recognition of her foundation, followers, and this sixth anniversary of Twitter, I present a collage of Stephanie Germanotta's most spectacular moments.

Lady Gaga, rocking a yolk colored, latex infused ensemble, performs "Born This Way" for the first time at the 53rd Grammy Awards. Gaga began her performance as she had that evening, encased inside an egg. 

Gaga struts a comic book inspired colorful jacket and pants while out and about. Her teal locks add just the right touch to this radiant outfit.

Looking elegant as ONLY she can, Lady G flaunts a white lace dress with a black tie belt, uber large layered hat, and sunnies. 

After inciting widespread controversy with her infamous meat dress, GLAAD's 2010 Outstanding Music Artist explained the frock was a protest against the United States miltary's now abolished Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy, which targeted gay and lesbian soldiers. "If we don't fight for our rights, pretty soon we're going to have as much rights as the meat on our bones," she said.

This Means Bump

Academy Award, Golden Globe, and MTV Movie Award winning actress Reese Witherspoon is twelve weeks pregnant with her third child, her first with husband of twelve months Jim Toth, according to People Magazine. As a fan of Reese, I am so ecstatic for her and Jim. After all she has been through, she deserves the world of happiness!

Reese sets the style standard for every female of any age in this casual and cute denim dress, caramel colored handbag, and sunnies.

Looking sassy and fun, Reese pairs her navy skirt with a navy and white striped t-shirt. She adds a little spunk to her outfit with some smashing nude wedges.

The "It Girl" rocks a boho casual look with an adorable checked top, skinny jeans, strappy sandals and Ray Ban sunnies.

Wearing a darling hat, simple mocha colored sweater, and jeans, Reese completes her ensemble with a luscious snake skin handbag and pop of color turquoise necklace.

As classy as ever, the All-American girl certainly knows how to evoke Audrey Hepburn with an LBD, precious black flats, and her hair in a bun.

Reese leaves church with her family looking bright and sweet in a white dress and jacket on a Sunday afternoon. We can't wait until Ava and Deacon walk with their new baby brother or sister this fall.

Second Chances, Duel Supremacy, & A Spectacular Pair Of Pants

During Fashion Star’s second episode, Kara Laricks resurrection ignited a game of show me yours and I’ll show you more, Nzimiro Oputa and Sarah Parrott showed consistency is an incomparable accessory, and Oscar Fierro could not skirt elimination again. Check out the quartet of designs which H&M, Macy’s, and Saks purchased this week.

Lisa Vian Hunter was selected by Macy's ($99). This design had me obsessed, screaming at the TV with excitement, ready to hit the store in the morning. Easily worn to a summer party or church on Sunday.

While Nzimiro Oputa was chosen by H&M last week, he was the apple of Macy's eye. ($70). This contrast - trim western shirt is easily worn to work on a weekday or an afternoon lunch on the weekend.

Kara Laricks was ultimately chosen after Saks scorched H&M in a bidding war ($325). This Plaid Shift Dress, depending on how you accessorize it, can be worn for a more casual night out or fancy event evening.

For the second week in a row, Sarah Parrott was chosen by H&M ($20). These simple, sophisticated tuxedo pants are perfect for work, play, or your next major experience. They sold out in twenty minutes online, but be sure to check your local H&M store tomorrow morning, as a select few pairs still remain.

Lovely In Lilac

This spring's hottest lip color is Lilac. It is fresh, gorgeous, vibrant, and the greatest part of all is this color looks smashing on just about anyone. You just have to find the right shade for your skin tone. If you have fair skin, aim for a lips with more of a pink tone and if you have medium to dark skin, look for lip color that skews more violet. Below are some adorable celebrities who rock this sassy color.

Last night, Mona, who Spencer once infuriately described as “five feet of insidious snark with a side ponytail,” informed Melissa’s sister she was “A” all along. While I believe (and I hope) Mona merely is one of A’s minions and not the texting terror herself, enjoy some of her fabulous looks this season.

On Pretty Little Liars second season finale, “A” the every where every moment every episode villain who has tortured Aria, Emily, Hanna, Spencer will finally be revealed! (OMG! You’ve been watching this show right?) I’ll have a special post tomorrow all about they who were previously just an initial, but for now, enjoy some of my favorite looks from ABC Family’s most fabulous foursome.

Hanna (Ashley Benson) owns this amazing snakeskin jacket accentuating it with a bold pop of blue and an adorable necklace to complete the outfit.

Aria (Lucy Hale) rocks this denim dress with studded shoulders. This outfit while edgy is still tasteful for just about any occasion.

During this week’s episode of Khloe and Lamar, the youngest Kardashian sister, via her trademark mixture of candor, humor, and sarcasm, provided an example any female and every female who is struggling with self image should mirror. Self confidence is fundamental for confronting, combating, and conquering your haters. Thanks for inspiring us Khloe. You Rock!

Magnifique à Paris

Paris Fashion Week has wrapped with Balmain, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Tom Ford, and more rocking the runway before the eyes of celebrity and fashion's elite.  Below are a few of my favs whose ensembles were as major as the ones they were watching.

I always love Katy Perry. The Smurf's star has curves, which she totally knows how to own, and blue hair, which she couldn't have styled more flawlessly. Can we just say smurfalish!

Mila Kunis rocks a classy white coat and simple lace dress. I absolutely love this look but I wish she would have worn her hair in a bun, more resembling Audrey Hepburn.
