Work It Out

We all know that working out is good for us. It wards off the big killers like heart disease, diabetes and cancer. It also does wonders for our brain in terms of mood, memory and learning. Unfortunately, I have encountered many women, who feel gross and less attractive because they come out of the gym without makeup and sweating.
