Ooh La La Oscars

Tonight, the 86th Academy Awards were held in dreary Los Angeles at Dolby Theatre. While thousands of artists walked the Red Carpet, we have so carefully chosen our Best Dressed and are so excited to share them with you. As most of you probably already know, we are about staying positive and feeding off of positive energy this year. Therefore, we have decided to pick our top 'Best' rather than discuss the negative 'Worst.' Now, lets go gush over this years most fabulous dressed.

First off, I'll just admit that I have a total crush on Margot Robbie and I seriously think we would be total besties if we ever met. But, lets cut to the chase here. She has impressed me most out of anyone taking the Red Carpet this year (its only March 2nd people!) Not only did Margot win best dressed in our Golden Globes 'Off With A Bang' preview, she owns this years Oscars for sure. I die for the new brown locks (that I will totes be having my hairstylist find so my hair can be the same color! #totaltwinnies) and bold burgundy lip. The amazing gown and stunning beaded bodice by Yves Saint Laurent is absolutely impeccable. You can never go wrong with black either. Perfect choice.

Olivia Wilde is what every soon-to-be mother should strive to be. This is, hands down, one of the most elegant and gorgeous looks any pregnant woman could choose. Her Maison Valentino frock is beyond words beautiful and her growing bump is just oh so cute. I love how simple and classic Olivia is while adding a little twist with those fab jewels and her adorable side kick fiance, Jason Sudeikis. I appreciate the fact that thirteen years from now when her son or daughter is able to comprehend most everything, she can show him or her a picture of her and Jason at the Oscars while she was pregnant and not be ashamed of her wardrobe choice. I have so much respect for her! Oh! And, to all the soon-to-be moms that may need a bit of help, give your girl Olivia a call. She will lead you in the right direction.

So... Brangelina. Like... no words. Honestly, the most classic and adorable couple (on earth) are right before our eyes. I obsess. Let's be honest. I am so head over heels for Angelina's metallic sequined Elie Saab gown and Brad's Tom Ford suit. I couldn't ask for more. Her hair flows gracefully while those big and bright diamond earrings peak out from her locks. As for Brad, his hair is perfectly combed back while acting casual as his girl captivates everything in existence. I am so thankful these two love birds were among those that attended this years Academy Awards because I am never ever disappointed.

2012 Academy Awards Best and Worst Dressed

Four hours before The Artist took home the Oscar for Best Picture, some celebrities resembled a masterpiece on the red carpet, while others resembled an afternoon shared by a two year old's fingers and two gallons of Sherwin-Williams. Below, are my Best and Worst Dressed of the 2012 Academy Awards.

Best Dressed

Octavia Spencer shined in this Tadashi Shoji gown and was able to own it while winning her first Academy Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role for "The Help."

Milla Jovovich's Elie Saab dress was clean, simple, elegant and full of sparkle. She caught the eye of everyone around her and perfected the look with a dark lip color and soft wavy hair.

Stacy Keibler donned this stunning, crisp, sexy gold gown by Marchesa and as every woman knows, she displayed the evenings premiere accessory, George Clooney.

Worst Dressed

Viola Davis should have asked for help before choosing this hideous, green Vera Wang. How could a designer synonymous with the word wedding, produce a dress so poorly?!

Cameron Diaz usually grabs my attention and I typically love all of her choices, especially when she decides to make a debut on the red carpet. But, her Gucci gown this year was a disappointment. Also, can we just add: "Get a bra!"

It is sad to see America's Sweetheart, Sandra Bullock, miss on the red carpet. This Marchesa gown looks like a complete mess. While the dress fits her figure beautifully, you are slow to see it because the detail of the dress consumes all of your attention.
